Cheboygan businesses and residents honored at chamber awards dinner

CHEBOYGAN — A selection of Cheboygan space enterprises and people have been honored for their contributions at the annual Cheboygan Spot Chamber of Commerce Awards Supper on April 7 at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

Awards were offered out in a amount of distinct types, which includes Firm of the Yr, Educator of the 12 months, Entrepreneurial Small business of the 12 months and the Trudy B. Lofgren Citizen of the 12 months award. This year’s party was also the first time in two several years where everyone was equipped to come together in man or woman to celebrate the winners.

Diane Raab, who currently serves on the Cheboygan City Council and Cheboygan Rotary Club, was honored Thursday night with the Debbie Mesler Award for going above and beyond with her volunteering in the Cheboygan community.
